PRESBYTERY MEMBER’S PROJECT PLENTY SESSION
Wednesday 24th June at 7pm
Project Plenty is the whole-of-church discernment process being conducted by the Uniting Church in Queensland. The process runs from May 2019 to October 2020 and will result in a shared set of mission priorities and directions for the whole Synod. This month a draft report entitled Shared life. Flourishing communities was released, offering a draft set of mission priorities and directions. This session will invite you to reflect on the document and the directions it signals, providing feedback to the Project Plenty team to further improve the document prior to its consideration at the 35th Synod this October.
If people are unable to make the session, or would prefer to provide feedback directly, there are personal and group feedback resources at https://ucaqld.com.au/projects/projectplenty/
Scott Guyatt is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting contact presbytery office to receive the zoom link and password.
BEFORE THE MEETING: please visit https://ucaqld.com.au/projects/projectplenty/ and read either the full report or the exec summary version which should be uploaded by Friday 12th June.
